Returns
Eligibility
- Items must be in original, undamaged condition to qualify for return.
- Damaged, stained, scratched, or altered products are not eligible.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Art items and throws are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
We allow one exchange per order under the following conditions:
- Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery.
- A 25% exchange fee (based on the original item’s price) applies.
- Exchanges must be for an item of similar value and category (e.g., sofa for sofa, chair for chair).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- No cancellations are permitted once an exchange order is placed.
- Damaged or altered items are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellations
Made-to-Order & Quick Ship Items
- Cancel within 72 hours: full refund.
- Cancel after 72 hours but before 30 days: 25% processing fee.
- Cancel after 30 days: 50% fee.
- Once an item ships, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Art Items
- Cancel within 48 hours: full refund.
- Cancel after 48 hours: non-refundable.
In-Stock Items
- Orders are processed within 24 hours.
- Returned items will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Modifications
Made-to-Order Items
- Free modifications within 72 hours of purchase.
- After 72 hours: 25% modification fee.
- After 30 days: 50% cancellation fee.
- Modifications may affect estimated delivery times.
In-Stock Items
- Fulfilled within 24 hours and not eligible for modification.
Warranty
Mobilious offers a 10-Year Limited Warranty on frames and suspension systems for sofas and chairs, valid only for the original owner and delivery address. This covers structural issues but excludes wear and tear or unauthorized modifications.
Damages & Variations
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Report any damages within 72 hours with photos sent to vip@mobilious.com.
- Minor size and shape variances are normal for handmade items and rugs (up to 5% difference) and are not considered defects.
Important Limitations
- Only one return or exchange per household.
- Made-to-order throw pillows must be purchased and returned with furniture.
- In-stock throw pillows may be returned independently if both pillow cover and insert are returned together.
- Extra legs, replacement cushions, covers, and accessories are final sale.
- Discounts and promotions cannot be stacked or applied retroactively.
- Some bed frames no longer in production are still covered under the 10-Year Warranty for structural defects.
