At Mobilious, we take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality custom furniture made just for you. Our shipping policy outlines everything you need to know about how and when you will receive your order.
Made-to-Order Items
Production Timeline
Each made-to-order piece is individually crafted after you place your order. Production and delivery typically take 10 to 12 weeks. Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page.
Mobilious operates multiple delivery hubs nationwide to help expedite your delivery. However, delivery to addresses farther from these hubs may experience slightly longer lead times. Please note, expedited shipping is not available for made-to-order pieces. Once your item ships, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery.
Delivery Method
All made-to-order furniture includes white glove delivery service at a flat rate of $99–$279 depending on your order. White glove delivery includes:
- Scheduling at your convenience
- In-home delivery
- Unpacking and basic assembly (if needed)
- Removal of all packaging materials
Please note:
Orders combining in-stock and made-to-order items will incur a flat delivery fee of $279, and items will arrive separately.
Large orders may require special handling and incur delivery charges above the flat rate. Please contact vip@mobilious.com for a detailed quote.
Missed Delivery
If you are unavailable during your scheduled delivery window, a $100 missed delivery fee will apply.
When a Piece Cannot Fit
Please carefully measure your space prior to ordering. If an item cannot fit into your home at delivery, it will be returned, and a 50% processing fee along with shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday, depending on your location and carrier availability. The day before delivery, our carrier will confirm a time window.
In-Stock Items
FedEx Delivery
Smaller in-stock items are shipped via FedEx. Delivery fees are based on your order subtotal:

FedEx delivers seven days a week for residential addresses and Monday–Saturday for non-residential addresses.
Threshold Delivery
Larger in-stock items (like rugs or coffee tables) are delivered to the first dry, secure area on your property at a flat rate of $149.
White Glove Delivery for In-Stock Items
Certain in-stock items qualify for white glove delivery at a flat rate of $279, with the same benefits as made-to-order white glove service.
Missed Delivery for In-Stock Items
FedEx Parcels: If you are not home, FedEx will attempt to leave your order or reattempt delivery the next day.
Threshold/White Glove: Missing the agreed-upon delivery window results in a $100 missed delivery fee.
Mixed Orders: Made-to-Order & In-Stock Items
If your order includes both categories, they will be delivered separately but covered under a single $279 delivery fee.
In-stock items typically arrive within 3–8 weeks.
